Remember this is not a job board/CV search site, you don’t just upload your CV. Follow the questioning process, take time and think about answers as they form the basis of our unique matching process.

Each section is important to the overall selection process.
Remember there are no right or wrong answers.
If you have some experience of the question answer YES
If NO then answer NO. Don’t think you should guess your answers, and most importantly don’t give any false information.
If you enter the wrong information then you wont get matched to the job that you would prefer.

Now you will complete the first stage of the registration process.
Start by completing your personal details and then go onto the information relating to your work life. Please ensure you think carefully about what is being asked of you and the words you pick, as this information forms an important part of the matching process.
Next you will go through sections, which cover your industry experience, customer base and transferable knowledge. Then going forward you will be asked to choose words that relate to your job title, skills and experience.
Keep your finger on the Ctrl button and click on every word that is relevant.
From word association you will go on to answer a series of YES/NO questions.
MANAGEMENT, if you manage people, projects, systems or procedures then choose accordingly, otherwise pick NON MANAGEMENT. If you are undecided about how to answer a question where experience is limited choose YES.
Once this information has been saved you will be notified by email of any immediate matches. We will send you your log in information and you will then be able to re-enter the site to view and apply for the opportunity that awaits you.
Don't fancy the job that is on offer or no job matches well; there is no need to worry because as soon as a vacancy is registered that suits your skills you will hear about it by email.

You will be able to visit the vacancies that best match you skills and experience to view the bespoke job descriptions. Study them carefully as you will be required to answer the unique criteria based questions that the Employer has set

Then this is your opportunity to shine. Complete the Client questions that have been posed so that applicants can demonstrate skills, knowledge or opinions that would be best suited to the role.

Answer these questions and demonstrate your suitability by using situational examples from life experience to illustrate personality, skill set, knowledge and individual competencies, motivation and commitment to career.
Do some groundwork, think about why the question is being asked, talk to a colleague/family member.
Take time to think about your answers. Please remember to modify or add information that could assist your application. Think particularly about past experience or information that you have not thought to put on your CV. Check that your CV matches the needs of the role in a positive way and upload it to the site.

Now your application has been delivered to your possible future employers in-box.
You will receive an email confirming the name, address and contact details.
Now you are in control of your own future.
